Hello my name is Alicia I joined Dr. Corbin's staff in June of 1994 I am the medical coder and biller my main focus in our practice is helping patients with insurance issues and educating them. I am the patient advocate with insurance companies when they see Dr. Corbin for reconstruction and medically necessary surgery. This is where my heart is with plastic surgery, to see Dr. Corbin reconstruct breasts after a patient has had breast cancer or reconstruct a nose after a has had skin cancer or helping someone after having a trauma or deformities of all kinds, Dr. Cobin is giving back so much of what cancer or trauma or birth defects has taken away them. I am so happy to be a part of that.

I also have been fortunate enough to have Dr. Corbin do a rhinoplasty and mastopexy augmentation which made a big difference in my appearance. My philosophy on plastic surgery is if it makes you look and feel better then just do it! But make sure Dr. Corbin does it.

My name is Dee and I am the Patient Care Coordinator here at the practice of Dr. Frederic H. Corbin. Not only have I worked for Dr. Corbin for over 20 years, I am a fellow patient as well. Our belief here at the practice is that beauty and trust come hand in hand when it comes to plastic surgery. Dr. Corbin not only is highly skilled as a surgeon, he is an artist. As a Patient Care Coordinator for Dr. Corbin, I take the time to discuss concerns and questions the patient may have prior to surgery and after, so that the transition from consultation to the actual surgery date goes smoothly.

"I was born and raised in Southern California but have extensively traveled all over the country and even lived in England for a couple of years. I am an alumnus of Cal State Fullerton majoring in music performance as a concert violinist and have performed with the Orange County Civic Light Opera and traveled with a Baroque Music Ensemble all over the country. I am also a graphic artist focusing on realism in the mediums of graphite, watercolor and acrylic.

My philosophy of life stems from learning, reading, doing, creating, helping and giving back. In a nutshell... "Knowledge is Power"... It is my mission to educate our patients; to communicate to everyone in a way that will make it personal to them. Every patient is individual and unique in their concerns and physiology. I believe that the more you know, the less fearful you'll be. The more you know what to expect and the better you are informed, enables you to have realistic expectations and make confident decisions which in turn will have a direct effect on your individual outcome.

I am a native Californian and have lived in Orange County my whole life. I am an alumnus of Cal State Fullerton majoring in Communications. I have been in the medical field for the past 15 years.

As for my philosophy in this ever so changing field, I treat every patient with kindness and respect and educate them as much as possible. Being in this business & working for different Plastic Surgeons has helped me understand what is really important to the patients which is to be as informative as possible, have trust and faith in your surgeon, and make every patient feel at ease. I actually say this from experience because I am now a patient of Dr. Corbin’s! I never felt that any other surgeon I worked for would give me the result I was looking for until now! Dr. Corbin’s expertise and honesty makes my job a lot easier.

I'm Marilyn, R.N., B.S.H.S.A. and have worked with Dr. Corbin four and a half years.  I have also worked with several other plastic surgeons in Orange County over the past 30 years and have found Dr. Corbin to be highly skilled and professional, with an eye for esthetics and an intelligent, individualized approach to each patient's needs.  He is totally honest with each patient as he explains the proposed surgery, a trait I admire.

Hello, I'm Valerie. I have been Dr. Corbin's Registered Nurse since 2005. I first met Dr. Corbin at my consultation for my own surgery! I was a patient for a year before I started working for him. I heard of Dr. Corbin through previous patients who raved about his work. I went online, and learned more about his experience, and the website allowed me to actually see his work. I must admit, I did consult other surgeons, but Dr. Corbin's work spoke for itself. He is very talented, and being a picky nurse, I wouldn't let just anyone perform surgery on me! After all, you only have one body for your whole life; you have to take care of it. I can relate to patients and their fears associated with surgery. I know what it's like to come into an office, without the slightest idea of what to expect. And I give the patients my "pearls of wisdom" to help them through recovery. Through my experience, I can help our patients.

Working for Dr. Corbin has been wonderful. Hopefully we have many more years to go. I have learned so much, and I am proud to say I am part of a team that helps this talented surgeon. He doesn't just improve patients' cosmetic appearances, but improves their lives. I admire the great work he does with Cancer patients and those who are born with congenital birth defects. Dr. Corbin and his wife, Corinne, are kind and giving people, and I feel honored they allowed me into his practice which is very close knit. Also, I am fortunate to work with great co-workers who make work actually enjoyable.

I am the aesthetician for the Center for Aesthetic Surgery. I became interested in skincare after I was diagnosed with skin cancer in 1994. I received my license in 1997 and have been working with doctors for over 10 years.

I enjoy working with Dr. Corbin's patients pre and post surgery. I truly believe in educating our patients and staff about the dangers of sun damage and preventative measures for healthy, better looking skin.

After all, everyone can have better looking skin. It just takes a little work and a dedicated aesthetician.
